Our menus

Below you will find our menu with three menus.

The Geography menu is for meat lovers. In the “Marine Biology” menu you will find the tastiest of fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Our “School Garden” menu is available for vegetarian enjoyment.

Please select your desired menu individually, and combine from all menus to your heart’s content.

The first three dishes of each menu are intended as starters,
This is followed by the main courses and then the desserts.

Extreme grilling temperatures of around 800°C
lead to the surface of the steaks
a kind of caramelization.
This gives the meat a crispy crust,

DRY AGED RIB EYE STEAKS

our dry aged meat matures,
on the bone in our maturing cabinets,

In our menu with its menu recommendations, you will find the finest from the fresh kitchen of our house.

With the creation of our wine list, we found what we were looking for in many areas
